All in-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days and will arrive within three to five business days from the ship date. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. Items sent directly from our supplier may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Shipping times are subject to availability of product.
If a product you have ordered is out of stock or on back order, we will contact you with a shipment date and you can decide to either keep the order as is, cancel the item, or cancel the entire order. Occasionally issues arise that may lead to additional production time, such as our manufacturers experiencing a backup in production. If this is the case, you will be alerted as soon as we are made aware that a problem exists. Returns and Exchanges
Final Sale on Jewelry, Custom Monogrammed Items and Sale Items
To exchange or return an item purchased in the last 14 days, please send back to Spoiled Rotten with Attn: Returns on the label. It must be received on or before the 14 day or the item will not be accepted. Items must have ALL tags attached and unwashed, unworn and not damaged in any way. The item must be free of all make-up, perfume, laundry detergent, deodorant stains and smoke. We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange at our discrepancy.
All Costume Jewelry, Swimsuits, Custom Monogrammed Items and Sale Merchandise is FINAL sales. We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange at our discrepancy.
We realize that returns and exchanges may need more time during the holidays, so for in-stock items purchased from November 1st through December 25th, we have extended our return and exchange date to January 15th of the New Year. However, at that time, the return or exchange will be at current selling price.
